Boiler Installation in Whitburn for Coastal and Inland Homes

Timings vary with the property, the boiler chosen and any pipework changes, and we will give you an idea once we have seen your Whitburn home.

It can. Exposed flues and condensate pipes take more weathering near the seafront, so their route is something we will talk through when we see the property.

Cost depends on the boiler, your existing system and any extra work needed. Call us on 07724 228894 to go through what your Whitburn installation is likely to involve.

Sometimes. A modern boiler can need a larger gas supply pipe than the one feeding the old appliance, so the run from the meter is worth checking when your Whitburn installation is being planned.

Not always. If the radiators and pipework are in good order they can usually stay, and we will say once we have seen the property whether any in your Whitburn home need attention.

It depends on your hot water demand and existing pipework. An older cottage and a newer family home can need quite different setups, so we assess your property and recommend the right fit.

Often, yes. We look at the existing pipework, your hot water demand and where the new flue would sit before recommending a combi for an older cottage.

It helps to clear the area around the old boiler and any hot water cylinder. Ask us what access we need when you book your Whitburn installation.

That is agreed once we have seen the property, taking in where the boiler sits, the outside walls and any nearby windows.

The whole village is covered, so just give your Whitburn address when you call.
